I’ve been having fun making bookplates with holiday themes and yes, of course! They are in the Freebie Library for you!
Bookplates Make a Nice Little Extra
Are you giving a special someone a book for Christmas? A nice little extra to tuck in with the book might be some bookplates. Poke around in the Freebie Library–you’ll see that along with the holiday bookplates, I have traditional style bookplates, as well as doggie and kitteh bookplates. Lots of options to choose from and who says you can only give one set?? They are free for you to download so just go crazy with your bad bookplate self! There’s also a set of bookmarks, too. And now, I will add a set of winter-ish bookmarks because I opened my big mouth and mentioned bookmarks and my squirrel brain said, “HEY! They should have some nice holiday bookmarks, too” and then you wonder why it takes me so long to finish writing a book! But I digress… 🙂
So, yes, I did!
Your Bookplates Are Ready for Download Now!
Just click on over to the Freebie Library. If you don’t yet have a password, you’ll be taken to an opt in form. (Don’t worry–I won’t spam you endlessly, I promise!)
Take a gander through the freebies; there’s some fun stuff in there. Click on the image of the bookplates you want and you’ll be taken to a new window with a downloadable pdf. You can either click the download arrow (towards the upper right) or, do what I do, which is right click your mouse (or right click on your touchpad) and choose “SAVE AS.” Then save the pdf to where you want it on your computer.
From there, load up your printer with adhesive sheets for the bookplates (Avery Labels make life easy–YAY!) or cardstock for the bookplates (there are easy links to Amazon for both if you don’t have any), print it out, put your name on the line, and tell your books that they should prepare to be prettied!
